It's a simple code which I like very much. It works with most browsers and OS's except IE on Vista. It displays the background image only and not on the full height. Any suggestions for a fix?

I've tried and it works. I would like to apply it to this page www.bremboski.it so that the big gif is floating over the background in the center of the browser windows. I've tried to put all the rest of the opage in the "fixed" div but this is the result www.bremboski.it/index2.html . I can see the background but not the resto of the page. Any help? Thanks

Andrea, I had the same problem. I fixed the issue by "positioning" the hidden content to "absolute or relative" and by adjusting the z-index i was able see what was previously unseen. hope this helps. Here is a great article on positioning:
