Drop-down fun COMMENTS

Welcome to my Comments Pages

Please note. I get a few hundred emails a week from visitors asking for help, or posing questions on how to modify my demos to suit their application and I read them all. Unfortunately I only have a limited amount of time to spend answering these questions.

So if I do not reply, please do not be offended, and if I do reply then you are one of the lucky ones.

If you are asking for permission to use any of my demonstration then please email me with your request stu{at}cssplay.co.uk.

John C:-
Hi
The DROP DOWN menu breaks under IE6 when using the inner second, inner classes.
It fails on this demo page as follows. Hover over DEMOS then HOVER/CLICK and click on a submenu, such as 'styled form'. Then back arrow to the previous page and again hover over DEMOS then HOVER/CLICK but the submenu disapears when you try and select.
To restore you need to hover over DEMOS, click on HOVER/CLICK and then back arrow to come back to the page. You can then select the submenu. It appears to be an issue with 'visited' I assume.

John C, this works ok on my version of IE6, however this menu is now superseded by the new MKII version which is esier to style and maintain.

I'm missing something here. I love the way these menus look but I can't get the top level menu buttons to align horizontally. This is with the dropdown.txt file off the web site and the one I created.

Otherwise, it's great.

Tim, in your main css file you have
li {width: 800px;}
This is affecting the .menu li width
