Works great! Would this solution not be recommended if a large amount of users were on dial-up? Also, did you do a version of this where the large images could be clickable?

Bill, I tried to do a clickable version, but this caused problems with IE7, Opera and Safari. I may produce a javascript version that will be published on my other site -

Thanks Stu...I'm trying to gather a list of techniques that might help the faculty and staff feel more compelled to keep their pages up to date! Grad and undergrad students come and go so frequently that some pages get put on the back burner...
