Is there a reason that IE8 breaks this? I am playing with it to get it to work and it seems to be doing fine in all browsers except IE8. When I turn on 'Compatibility View' in IE8, it renders fine then. Would love to know if there is a way to have it render normal without having to tell users to click compatibility view.

Nevermind - I got it figured out. I had the IE7 markup in a non-sub menu item and it was messing things up. removed it and all is well!
