Welcome to my Comments Pages

Please note. I get a few hundred emails a week from visitors asking for help, or posing questions on how to modify my demos to suit their application and I read them all. Unfortunately I only have a limited amount of time to spend answering these questions.

So if I do not reply, please do not be offended, and if I do reply then you are one of the lucky ones.

If you are asking for permission to use any of my demonstration then please email me with your request stu{at}cssplay.co.uk.

Stu,
Regarding John's post about Image Placement (www.tjkdesign.com/articles/tip.asp). Using a real image (vs. a SPAN for example) comes with two benefits: it can be printed, as in this drop cap demo (www.tjkdesign.com/articles/the_perfect_drop_cap.asp). As a side note, real images can also *scale* (www.tjkdesign.com/articles/tip_5.asp).
Great site. Keep pushing the envelop.

Stu~
I love your multi-level fly-out menus! My challenge is getting it to work in conjunction with a main content area. I'd like to be able to make changes on just one file and have it changed for the entire site, without having to copy & paste the code on each and every page. (Like how we used to use Frames). I have searched the Net and read three books, but nothing has popped up that puts these cool navigation menus together with a main content area. Any suggestions or can you put the code together on your website as an example?

Thank you for all your help!=)

stu,

I love your site, i just have a quick question is there anyway to get words to scroll in the footer of my page kinda like the ticker on ESPN. The code would finnaly finish my site.

Thanks

Dear Stu,

this is a great site. Thanks to it I was able to get rid of most javascript on www.olymons.com.

I have a question though regarding auto text scrolling panels. Is there anyway to implement these without javascript?

Thanks.

In the case of the style switcher, how can you modify this line to make it work with the URL contains a "named anchor"?

self.location = self.location;
