Although Safari does have a css3 'marquee' style available but it is not interactive, so I have produced this version which can be styled any way you like, will auto-run and will pause when you place the mouse over the text.
All done with just css3 styling, but only for Safari, Chrome and Firefox 5+ at the moment.
