Information
Just returned from a three week holiday to New Zealand, Australia and Singapore with hundreds of photographs. So wanted to display a few on CSS play using a new gallery demo.
For IE9, IE10, IE10 touch screen, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, iPad etc. and also Android OS
IE9 has permanent image changes but no animation.
So click a thumbnail to see it slide to the middle of the thumbnail bar and enlarge slightly, then the large image will expand into view beneath.
This demo uses :after and :content to display the large images so these images are only loaded when required, making for a shorter page load as it does not need to load all the large images.
