The ultimate image map - maybe

Information

Never again will I spend so long on a page.....

I started on this one last weekend and thought it would be a simple matter of slicing an image into strips and then rebuild it again. It achieves my aim but makes it totally impractical for everyday use.

However, it does look good, and it does something no other image map has managed to do so far (3rd March 2006) it has a totally irregular boundary and has a roll-over effect.

Hover your mouse over the middle image to see the effect.

The hover effect will only work when the mouse is on the image, no rectangular boundaries here. Also if you click the image there will be no dotted border.

If you manage to hover over the whites of Huckleberry's eyes the hover effect will vanish showing that you can also place 'coldspots' within the image.

But, all in all an absolute waste of time ;o)
