A simple demonstration of how to change the colors of borders using :hover to give the impression of a light being switched on and off.

Updated to improve the lamp border art.
IE6 - Click the ON/OFF switch.
Mozilla/Firefox/NN7.1 - Hover over the ON/OFF switch for temporary ON/OFF or click the ON/OFF to remain ON/OFF.
Opera 7.50 - Works only if you hover over the image.
Netscape 7.0 - The bulb has blown :(
