For all the latest browsers, operating systems, PC, tablets and smartphones.

For PCs and larger tablets, hover/tap the top level and sub level list items with arrows to open their sub menus, move the mouse off the menu or tap anywhere off the menu to close open sub menus. All items are links, so for touch screens the first tap will open a sub menu and a second tap will action the link.

For smaller tablets and smartphones click/tap the menu icon '☰', at the top right of the menu bar, to show a vertical scrolling list for all the menu items.

Click/tap the three bar icon to close the menu panel and slide the page back to its original scroll position.
