A slide down single level menu that does not use conditional comments, tables, hacks, extra markup, javascript (in any form) etc. etc. just standard html and css.
The top level hover persists when moving to the sub menu items and if you click the top level link the slide down will stay open when you move the mouse off the menu.
The menu can be tabbed to access all the links including the dropdowns.
Tested and working in IE5.5, IE6, IE7, IE8, Firefox, Opera, Safari(PC) and Google Chrome. Should also work in Mac browsers.
