Another droplist menu but this time the droplist will pushdown the content beneath rather than slide over the top.
Again with animation for Firefox 4+, Opera, Safari, Chrome, iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. These browsers also have a delay on opening sub menus to stop the annoying dropdowns on accidentally hovering the top level links, and a short delay for closing open sub menus so that accidentally moving the mouse off the menu will not cause it to suddenly collapse.
The iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch will popup a 'Close' tab to the right of the top level tabs. This can be tapped to close that menu structure. But because this menu uses animation then the parent elements of each sub menu cannot be links to other pages as the iPad etc. will action the link before the animation completes.
This has been tested in IE7, IE8, IE9, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, Flock, SeaMonkey, Avant, iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
