A further stage in the development of the hybrid dropline / dropwn menu, this adds the extra flyout stage to the dropdown.
The flyout can be positioned to the left or the right of the dropdown and continues with the border outline theme.
This menu has been tested and works in IE6, IE7, Firefox, Opera 9.25, 9.5 beta and Safari (PC).
