Information

....and on and on and on.

At first there was the simple single level dropdown and now, finally, we have the last six level dropdown / flyout menu with overlap and overrun. I say the last, because this is about as far as I intend to take this menu. If you want to go further than six levels then the information to do this is in the stylesheet.

The stylesheet is fully documented to show how this is achieved, with over 50% of the stylesheet targetting IE5.5 and IE6. If it weren't for these browsers then this menu could be styled in about 12 lines.

This works in Internet Explorer IE5.5, IE6, IE7, Firefox, Opera and now Safari, Netscape 8 and Mozilla.

If you would like this menu centered on your page then see how it is done here - centering the menu.
