A complete restyling so that the menu works correctly in all Internet Explorer browsers from IE5.5 to IE8
The top level list items are centered without the need for any extra divs and the dropdown / flyout lists have variable widths depending on text content without the need to specify the widths.
There is now the option of having the sub levels flyout to the left or right.
Tested in IE5.5, IE6, IE7, IE8, Firefox, Safari(PC), Opera and Google Chrome.
