The third in the 'unusual' series.
A blatant copy of an MSN page but this one uses just CSS instead of the javascript method on MSN
Each of the above 'blocks has three possible links. One in the text below the image, another is the 'plus' sign, and the third is the image.
Nothing spectacular, but hovering over the image will highlight the entire block and replace the image with some descriptive text, which also has the same link as the image.
Though not a menu in the true sense, it can be used in many ways to navigate your pages.
