A vertical tab menu for Billy Wilcosky, who wanted to know how this could be achieved
As with the previous menus this one also has the ability to click any of the tabs and reload the page with that tab shown selected.
This has been tested in IE6, IE7, Firefox and Opera, it should also work in Safari.
