This one shows that Mozilla will allow :hover on any element. Here it is used in a div.
Opera 7.5 also gets it right but IE has no idea. To see IE in action we need to change the divs to spans and put them in a link, then apply the :hover to the link. This is XHTML1.0 Strict valid and can be seen under 'Boxes'.
