Just CSS. Absolutely NO jQuery/javascript or any other programming language.

This is an update of a version I produced on the 14th May 2012 Marquee - MK2

This version uses newer styles that allow the following:

1. Marquee is responsive
2. Can move left or right
3. Can contain links

4. Allows text to be longer than the visible width.
5. If text is shorter than the visible width then it is centered.
6. Can have more than one marquee on the same page.
7. Variable speeds.

The stylesheet for this demonstration is in the page head, but if you use this, please keep my copyright comment with the stylesheet.
