The Firefox scroll-snap with sticky bug

In Firefox the scroll-snap and sticky works when scrolling down, but if you try to scroll up again it does not work.

I have left the vertical scroll bar visible so that you can see that this also does not work.

This Firefox bug has been around for over two years Firefox Bug 1594386.

iOS did have the same problem as Firefox, but now (24th October 2022) the bug has been fixed so this method is for Firefox only.
